emily;

This is post 223 - major woahhh!

haha I come home to have a look at our beautiful blog and to see that everyone has blogged except me! So I felt a little left out, and here I am.

To Jenn: I'm glad you're free and feeling happy and what not lol tres jealous! Hope to see you soon in the holidays :D I LOVE FOE TO THE MAX!
To Jimmi: LOL cruising aye? and haha @ your taxidermist. I quite liked your story actually :) - It was heaps better than my story about a kid who thought he was soldier but was actually going to skatepark. Eurgh, disgusting writing.

Anyways! I guess I'll type up a recap of my exams too. It's not as great as everyone else's. I'm a little down in the dumps ... *sighs*
English Advanced: Not TOO bad. The question threw me off a bit, and I got distracted half way through, so my essay didn't flow from my head to my pen to my paper, as smoothly as I hoped it would. I left out my whole section on 'courtship' lol . And I liked that section too! All about romance *sighs*
Biology: Cruising (haha I'll steal Jimmi's word). Everyone else thought it was pretty easy too though, which sucks! Cause then, one mark lost will mean a lot.
Economics: Why oh WHY did I have a mind blank? How utterly infuriating! I did so well in the last assessment too ... was hoping to keep my rank up. Many apologies to a disappointed Paggles - sorry Sir, I'll do better next time, promise. :( the most disappointing aspect of my week. Fudging hell.
Maths 2U: Eh, it's 2 Unit. What can I say? Wasn't bad either, but everyone else probably blitzed it too.
Chemistry: And I thought I was actually getting somewhere with this subject. Had a mind blank - AGAIN. Gawd. This totally sucks. There goes my pretty sweet rank from last assessments as well.

Sorry for the brooding. *breathes*
OKAY THAT'S IT - I'VE BUILT MY BRIDGE AND I AM
OVER
IT,
I
SWEAR.

On a lighter note, many birthday parties lined up for next week :] oh the joy!
AND AND AND Rosanna made an awesome new word up the other day, everyone should start using it. It's what the cool kids say.
Cloody [pronounced "clud-dy"]: adjective; Bloody but cool.

Rosanna is cloody brilliant :]

One more exam to go! Goodluck everyone.

JIMMI;

Three words Blitzed, Fudged, Cruised.
That was the order of how my exams went this week.
Bio, aced it brah! had like an hour to go over it, so i just day dreamed about candee instead!
Never go to an exam with an empty stomach. Haha, Jenna =P
English = carpal tunnel!
The comprehension threw me way off. Like there was this question about the process of a journey, WTF?
Then i spent too much time on my essay and didn't even get to write enough about it.
That left me with half an hour to do my short story. HAHAHA, yes Emily it is much better =)
Today I had 3 unit maths. It wasn't as hard as i thought.
Funny thing though, i borrowed a friends watch but he forgot to bring it back an hour so half way through the test i looked at the watch and i was like "WHAT 10 MINUTES? Im only half way through"
Then i looked at the exam clock and noticed i had ONE HOUR AND TEN MINUTES haha
Well time to study something...maybe business haven't picked up my text book in like a month!
Good luck to the fellow unfortunate people with exams =]
Sooo envious of you FOE, and your gut hahaha
I kid, i kid, love ya!

Peace

Jimmi

Jimmi:

Are you Chicl? haha
Trying to stud
y for the past two days, with not much success.
On Saturday I was at Banx library, thinking i would get a solid 4hrs study, instead i come to find 4hrs worth of distractions in the form of Jess, Ray, Rosana, Davie, Justin, Emily and also a Korean boy I had to baby sit. Haha jks Frodo!

I felt bad for the guy sitting at
the same table as me, he was like full into his work and there was always someone coming over to me to talk to me, SORRY DUDE!
Well in seven days all this stress of the exams will be over and time to rest...and play =]

Came up with the best idea for a group activity the other night. OK have like supersoakers and fill them with food dye, and make everyone wear a white shirt.
Then have an all out ba
ttle with the food dye, i can imagine the food colouring stained shirts! haha

Well im going to post up the photos i took with my new lens, and some old ones i took ages ago. ENJOY

Peace,
Jimmi

oh p.s. we all know that you people read our blog, so let us know by leaving a fucking comment!
Much love,
Jimmi

emily;

grrrrr @ blogspot. My html was just fine!

Anyways, I guess I'll just write it all again -

URGH, I'm running out of time. Why must Ms. Schlam NOW tell me "I want you to maximise your marks. Your idea about Vietnam was nice. Hand that one in". Goshhh so much time wasted! And for what? A piece of creative writing that doesn't make sense and gets laughed at by Nick and Chau constantly. What a waste!

I would like to take this moment of officially welcome my weird-oh of a cousin, Jimmi, into our humble home. May you blog, write, record, and blog some more! :)

Today was photo day.
Ahhh *sighs* I am really really fond of this particular school, and it's particular individuals. Everyone looked classic.
CLASS '07 FORT ST HIGH SCHOOL FTW! Gawd, I have school pride.

From LR/TB: daisy & me; Vicky & Xuheng (ahhh my lovely teddy bear); Paul, Chau, Jeryee & Kelvin (LOL @ the mexicans); self-explanatory; Kevin, Davo & 1/2 of Daisy's face haha. We are SO productive in Maths!

The B/S Superhearoes lost their semi's today. 48 - 24 ... my lay-ups are shocking. :)

Jimmi

Hey fellow stalkers, its jimmi here!
Looks like I will be the third speaker of this almost dead blog.... No offense Jen =P
Mood at the moment: ELATED
Ive been looking through my photos Ive taken with my new lens, and they are sex!
Ill post them later when I scan them.
Haha, my dad said the funniest thing to me the other day. We were talking about setting up a darkroom at home, and he told me that the hospital uses similar chemicals to develop their x-rays.
So he said to me come with him this Saturday to the hospital and bring some containers! hahahaha
He still has the rebellious hippie inside him! =]
And yes Emily is right, I am the greatest cousin!
Not because i got her tickets to Eskimo Joe and Little Birdy, its because I SHOUTED her ticket!
Haha, finally going to a concert with this girl, FUCK YEAH!
Well thats all i have time for, school is a vampire and is sucking the fun out of me!
Peace out cub scouts!

Emily;

She boarded the train at Bankstown station, destination - Yagoona.
He seemed to have come from nowhere, nearly causing a potentially awkward collision.
"Oh, sorry."
And, after a moment, "Um, is this the train to Lidcombe?"
"Yes, it is. Are you going there?"
"No, Yagoona."
He was much older, with glasses and a tall build. They sat on down on the upper level of the carriage, and she hesitatingly placed the earphone back into her ear.

"Where are you from?"
This was not going to be a silent journey.
"Oh, what do you mean? Near um, Bankstown?"
"No, I mean your country."
"Oh! I'm Vietnamese."
"Have you been here long?"
"I was born here."
She was unsure of what to say. Would it be rude not to repay the friendliness?
"Where are .. you from?"
"India." He gave a small smile and looked directly at her. She shifted her position and looked out the train window, pondering on what would be the conventional thing to say next.
"Are you, new here?"
"No, I've been here for six years."
"Oh! My bad ... sorry."
He smiled again, "It's nice to meet you" - and extended his hand.
She took it, still slightly hesitant.
"You are a student?"
"Yeah, year 12."
He gestures to her textbook.
"A student of Science, yes? Is it difficult?"
"I think it is."

She took the earphone out.

"Do you have a boyfriend?"
"Yeah." She allowed herself to smile. It was the truth, after all.
"Right, I was only joking."

She placed the earphone back in again, and looked at her hands.

"You're beautiful."
"What? No ... what?"
She suddenly felt very uncomfortable - Why does he keep looking at me?
"No, really. Your smile is like ... "
She didn't catch the last word. Was it 'currency'? But that didn't seem to make sense. She wanted desperately for it to be Yagoona.

The train slid to a stop and she got up.

"Bye."
"Yes, it was nice to meet you" He held out his hand again, but this time she didn't take it, pretending she didn't see it.

She smiled politely and waited for the doors to open.
He came down the stairs, "Bye."

She unboarded and hurried to her tutor class, thinking all the while, how strange it was.
That afternoon, she wondered of what beauty really was, and if it was different coming from the mouth of a stranger.
She spent the afternoon trying to capture beauty. Trying to capture the flash of colour of a ribbon in the sun, and the ephermal glint of spiderwebs.

Emily;

The reason death sticks so closely to life isn’t biological necessity—it’s envy.
Life is so beautiful that death has fallen in love with it.

Emily;

haha this blog is so dead. Where are you jenn??
It was good to see you on tues :) thanks for making all the effort to come to banks to visit me and jimmi. You're so beautiful!

Orgghh .. I feel so sick. My nose is blocked up and my head won't think straight. My throat is all dry. And, I have to study my butt of this weekend for missing out on school yesterday. This totally sucks. I'm only sitting about 40cm away from the computer screen, and the words I'm writing are blurry.
Orgghhh ...

Yesterday was basketball & more basketball. Knockout for school was kinda hilarious yet tragic. The floor of the school we versed (somewhere in the Central Coast) was really really slippery. It was slippery to the point that if I tried to chase someone, I'd end up sliding ... hahaha. The other team had talcum poweder on their shoes :(
BUT as Pagani said, we were the classier team, seeing as we upheld "basketball ettiquette" haha.

Why must we lose our friends?
I've been trying to ignore the fact that I hardly know you anymore for a while .. but Jam is right, Jam is always right - I can't ignore it anymore. Does the past cease to exist with new situations of the future?
What do I do?
Don't move away too fast, please.

I am not as brave, beautiful, and patient as you are
But I am safe in your arms I listen as you say
Gavin Mikhail, Brave
